  • I will help you find your motivation

    Sustainable change happens when we stop doing things because we “should”, because it wins us someone’s approval, or out of fear/feelings of deficiency. Lasting change happens when we are intrinsically motivated - we’ll get to the good stuff.

  • I don’t need to know about your past to see you succeed

    Therapy will often focus on how you got to where you are, coaching is how to get where you want to go. It’s forward-looking. A clear vision of what success looks like will be the North Star for our work together.

  • I will create space for reflection

    We often distract ourselves from challenges, or look for quick answers rather than thinking deeply about solutions. You are the expert on your own life - coaching cultivates the optimal conditions for connection with your inner wisdom to find the ideal solution/path forward.
